Our story

The Florida FSH-1 tuition waiver (often referred to as the Homeless Tuition and Fee Waiverallows homeless students in Florida's post-secondary institutions to be exempt from tuition and fees. To be eligible, students must lack a fixed, regular, and adequate nighttime residence and must submit a completed FSH-1 form with supporting documentation from an authorized entity to their college's designated office. This documentation proves their homeless status, with examples including letters from shelters or school district liaisons.

Our history

From modest beginnings, our growth is powered by unwavering dedication to leveraging key resources like the FSH-1 Tuition Waiver. This commitment to continuous improvement, funded through tuition-free education or job training, has been critical. Each step has reinforced our core belief in the power of collaboration with college liaisons and the importance of integrity in building a self-sufficient life. We're passionate about what we do, and we're excited to share our debt-free educational story with you

The Gift of Time Wealth (When Homeless)

Homelessness often strips people of stability, comfort, and a traditional sense of security, but amidst the hardships, there exists an unexpected resource: time. For many, the absence of rigid schedules or formal obligations creates a form of "time wealth." While it may not come under ideal circumstances, this time can be a powerful tool for reflection, growth, and planning. Without the constraints of a 9-to-5 job or daily routines, there’s an opportunity to focus on self-improvement, seek resources, or simply reconnect with oneself. This gift of time, when embraced, can become a stepping stone to rebuilding life, finding purpose, or exploring new possibilities. It’s a reminder that even in the most challenging situations, there’s potential for growth and transformation—one moment at a time.

Faith: The Only Tangible Asset

During that time—when being homeless was a state of psychological detachment, not just physical deprivation—the external world offered no reason for hope. The concept of faith in the Divine was not a Sunday morning pleasantry; it was the sole remaining asset with verifiable, tangible value. Every other resource—money, housing, health, even the desire to live—was either exhausted or actively being rejected by the system of detachment. The only reason to break the inertia, to move out from under the bridge, was a decision rooted in the certainty that there was a purposeful future, a future affirmed by choosing Christ as the cornerstone.

About us

Hello friends. My name is Jeremy Nowak, and this site is my accountability log.

I spent years detached from reality, letting the chaos of addiction and homelessness define my life. I was mentally checked out—gone. Now, I’ve chosen to rebuild. This mission is my act of re-engagement.

HomelessDreams.org is a live, verifiable blueprint built on three non-negotiable anchors: Faith, Discipline, and Measurable Effort.

Our mission is to provide the data and the discipline to climb out of chaos. We share the hard-won insights (the Internal Cure) and the exact systems (the Pagg Performance Blueprint) used to secure education, reclaim health (my 98% O2 capacity), and rebuild finances.

We offer proof, not promises. You are invited to witness, support, and learn from the execution of this system. We believe discipline—fueled by Faith and measured by data—is the only path to self-fulfillment.

Join us in the work. Let's get to it https://buymeacoffee.com/jnowak
